Woke up to the aroma of fresh croissants and a warm smile from the staff. The concierge was incredibly helpful, ensuring I had everything I needed during my stay.

However, the internet connection was frustratingly unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected. A little more attention to this detail would make a huge difference.

The Premium Room offered an extremely comfy experience. The friendly and dedicated staff provided exceptional service. The building's vintage charm added a unique touch to the stay, and the views of the surrounding mountains were simply stunning.

However, the limited seating in common areas could use some improvement.

In my wife’s opinion, the pool area could really use some indoor options for families with kids when the weather gets chilly.

The bathroom had nice toiletries and was always clean. The decor was a mix of modern and classic, creating a cozy vibe. It felt very welcoming! Just wished there were more options for charging stations—ran out of plugs a couple of times.

My stay was primarily for business meetings, and it was quite memorable. I particularly enjoyed the excellent gym facilities, which were well-equipped and allowed me to keep up my fitness routine. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, making it a great way to start the day. However, I did find the bathroom amenities a bit outdated, and the noise from my room facing the street was a bit disruptive at times.

First off, the reality of the room was so different from the online photos—definitely not the white marble oasis I imagined. Also, despite requesting a quiet room, mine faced the main street and I could hear everything! It's a shame my taxi requests went unanswered while I watched taxis line up waiting outside.
